Earlier this summer I took a stroll through gorgeous downtown Harbor Springs. The yards and streets there are so well tended to. They look immaculate. I snapped several pictures of my favorite yards, porches and scenes (in a non-creepy way) and have slowly been painting them in my studio space when the urge strikes me.
I've found house commissions to be popular in the past, especially vacation homes. If you have someone who's hard to shop for this holiday season I offer this as a suggestion to you. I wrote a comment but: forgot to post it so hear goes again. I love the reds in this picture . red is my favorite color. I would love to sit in these chairs and enjoy the geraniums I like the added detail of the cat. It makes this a perfect comfortable place .You really catch beauty with your art.
