I grew up in a small town in northern Michigan and first became interested in art at a young age. My very first award was a Snicker's bar for winning a local coloring competition. In high school my art teacher encouraged my work and a small flame burst to life inside me. It had never occurred to me that I could do this for a living!In October 2011 I married my high school sweetheart and best friend. We currently live in Sault, MI with our two obnoxious cats; Sophie and Cleo.
We're not quite sure where life is going to take us but it's been interesting so far and we look forward to the journey!
