Clinton County Arts Gallery

I recently joined Clinton County Arts Gallery in St. John's Michigan!
Last week I dropped off several larger framed pieces and these fun little vegetable minis!
Clinton County Arts Gallery is getting all kinds of fun new inventory in for the holiday season! Check it out if you're in the area!

I'm also teaching a Beginner's Watercolor Class at Clinton County Arts on Thursday November 12th from 6-8pm. Cost is $35, all materials supplied! To sign up, please call the gallery at (989) 224-2429.

I'm proud to say I've rejoined DailyPaintworks!
It's a great site with a wonderful artist community and I'm glad to be a part of it. There is a widget in the margin on the right side of the screen that will take you to my available paintings. There aren't very many right now but be sure to check back often as I'll keep adding to it!

Miniatures

Mini series currently available at

I recently began painting itsy bitsy paintings. They are 2.5"x 3.5" and come matted to fit in a 5"x7" frame. So far all of them feature Little Traverse Bay here in Petoskey.
I began painting them because when I cut down a sheet of watercolor paper for my other paintings I am always left with a scrap strip. In the past I have kept these strips for students to test colors on in my classes. Now that I have enough test strips to last me through the apocalypse I decided to do something else with them. Paint on them!
It's fun to do because it's quick and you're forced to focus on one main subject. There isn't really room for more than that at this minuscule size.
