In all seasons I tend to find myself looking for a spot to curl up and read for a while. I'm a big fan of books; the paper kind, not the digital kind. There's something about the smell of the paper when you open your novel and the way it feels in your hand. Its comforting to me to be surrounded by books. I have zillions of them stacked around my rooms.
This particular bench can be found in Harbor Springs. Its on private property and I was unable to read there but I thought it looked very comfy all the same and I hope the person who put this in their garden comes out to sit in it every once in a while.

ReplyDeleteSprings has a quaint library , I love to read. I love books. We have many.Yes, I mean the hard copy kind .I too love the smell and feel of them I love to curl up with a good book in the summer in my hammock ,in the winter on my couch. I love a garden full of flowers such as you have captured here. I wonder if you had asked the owners of the bench ,if they would have let you rest there a minute to read?
